Regan Goan is the lead risk management consultant for R J Goan and Associates. As a 25-year veteran in the field of law enforcement, Regan has extensive experience working at the local, state and federal levels of government. His government experience includes intelligence, employee screening, security protection and critical incident response. With a focus in team selection, training, preparedness, and logistical operations, Regan’s background also includes communications, threat level and site specific security assessments and investigative services.

In 2015, Regan shifted his focus towards the private security field, becoming the principal partner at R J Goan & Associates. Though Regan specializes in prevention through environmental design and security risk management, the team at R J Goan & Associates have a vast portfolio, providing Protective Services and Security Consultation; Digital Forensics and Network Security; and Investigative Services to include Employee Screening and Risk Management Solutions. Regan’s focus is to ensure that our clients’ needs are met, and the product provided to our clients is the absolute best.

Jaydie Eichhorn is the Vice President of Operations for R J Goan and Associates. Jaydie is a graduate of Florida International University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Marketing and Management. With a background in business analytics, Jaydie oversees the various division at R J Goan & Associates and strives to cultivate a collaborative team environment in prioritizing client protection.

As a certified CPTED practitioner, her passion is to share our mission of safety and security through various marketing efforts and promotion to ensure our clients’ needs are met in a professional and efficient manner. She believes in the power of education and awareness to foster safer neighborhoods and is dedicated to continuous learning in her field.

Adam Gormely is the Risk Mitigation Solutions Manager for Dirigo RMS. In partnership with the R J Goan & Associates Team, Adam provides quality Business Training Services and establishes a comprehensive level of preparedness for our clients. Adam has an extensive background in law enforcement with experience working as a Deputy Game Warden, Sergeant, and Lieutenant throughout the State of Maine. During his tenure, Adam has overseen and directed a wide range and multitude of critical incidents and understands the effects that these incidents can have on officers. His experiences have lead him to discover his passion for teaching and instructing where he has recently become a Nationally Certified Instructor by the International Association of Directors of Law Enforcement Standards and Training.
